This is the official privacy policy for SOCIALREACH (also referred to herein as "Site," "we," "us," or "our") available at the URL <SOCIALREACH.COM>. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") governs the personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") collected from users of our Site and Service.
Please be advised that we do not knowingly collect Personally Identifiable Information from children under age 13. If we become aware that a child under age 13 has provided us with Personally Identifiable Information, we will delete it. SOCIALREACH offers technology that enables advertisers to deliver targeted advertisements to users of social media platform software applications or social networks.
Our users generally fall into two categories:
- Providers of social media platform software applications or social networks who have applied through our Site to become publishers ("Publishers"); and
- Individuals who interact with advertisements displayed when using services provided by our Publishers ("Individuals").
Information We Collect: Publishers
When you sign up to become a Publisher we need to know certain information about you so that we can provide our services. For example, we ask you for the following Personal Information, without limitation:
Name;
E-mail Address;
Telephone Number; and
Mailing Address
In addition to collecting Personal Information from our Publishers, we also collect certain Non-personally Identifiable Information such as, without limitation, information typically contained in a web server’s log files or analytics program including: IP address, browser type, operating system, geographic location, referral information, click stream data, etc.
Information We Collect: Individuals
When you interact with advertisements displayed using our technology we may obtain certain Personally Identifiable Information about you so that we can provide our services. For example, we may collect any information contained in your profile that you have voluntarily agreed to share, including your name, age, gender, and profile picture.
We will not collect Personally Identifiable Information about you in a manner inconsistent with your personal profile settings. If you do not wish to have certain Personally Identifiable Information shared with us, please change your privacy settings with our Publisher or its network.
We may also collect certain Non-personally Identifiable Information about Individuals to help us ensure that the advertisements we serve are targeted. For example, we may collect, without limitation, information related to advertisements that were delivered to you and that you clicked on, along with your browsing behavior, and other click-stream data.
How We Use Your Information: Publishers
We use your Personal Information primarily for administrative purposes pertaining to your account, including processing payments owed to you and contacting you when necessary regarding operational updates to our Site.
We use Non-personally Identifiable Information primarily for internal research to improve our Site and our services.
How We Use Your Information: Individuals
We use your Personal Information to help us ensure that the advertisements we serve are interesting to people who see the advertisements. For example, if your privacy settings permit it, we may use your profile photo or name when serving an advertisement to a person who is your friend.
We use your Non-personally Identifiable Information primarily to ensure that the advertisements we serve are targeted. For example, we may aggregate demographic data to create anonymous groups so that we can serve advertisements which may appeal to members of those groups.
Disclosure of Your Personal Information
We do not sell, rent, lease or disclose your Personal Information to unaffiliated entities, except in the limited circumstances listed below.
When you provide Personal Information to us we may share your Personal Information with contractors who provide services on our behalf. These third party contractors are the specialists who make our service function.
For example, these specialists offer services such as Site design, development, hosting, and other operations which make our Site work. Other third party contract service providers may help us communicate with you through electronic mail, direct mail, or telephone communication.
We always request that our contract service providers also protect your privacy and not disclose your Personal Information to third party marketers that are not associated with us. Additionally, such providers are not to use your Personal Information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We may provide our advertisers with aggregate Non-personal Informational about you, such as, without limitation, demographic data. This aggregate data allows us to create anonymous groups that our advertisers use to identify people who may be interested in particular products or services.
Accessing and Updating Your Personal Information
If you are a Publisher then you may update your Personal Information by logging into your secure account at our Site and modifying your account with us.
How We Protect Your Personal Information
We know it takes confidence and trust to share Personal Information online. We endeavor to keep your confidence and maintain your trust by protecting your Personal Information. To that end, we maintain reasonable standards of security and confidentiality.
However, despite our efforts, as with most Internet sites, it is possible that third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions of private communications. Whenever you provide Personal Information online, you accept this risk, including when you share your Personal Information with us.
Notwithstanding these inherent risks, we make a concerted good faith effort to ensure that your Personal Information is protected by maintaining the reasonable standards of security and confidentiality mentioned above. We request that our contract service providers follow the same policy.
Updates
We reserve the right to change our Privacy Policy. If changes are made to our Privacy Policy, we will publish the updated version of our Privacy Policy here. However, please rest assured that if our Privacy Policy changes in the future, we will not use your Personal Information in a manner that is materially inconsistent with this Privacy Policy, without your prior consent.
